Very Bad Technical Support. The Rep was alwayS very rude to me. Couldn't offer any help as to how to use the site builder. Always insisted I read the tutorial and/ or watch the video. I did all that but still did not find what I was looking for. Still this Rep would offer no help. He always told me that I could cancel if I wanted to.
The day I got ready to cancel, he insulted me and hung up the phone on me. This happened today, March 26th 2010 at about8:20 pm Central.
He said he was the one who designed the cancellation form. When I asked him if he could help me with my account number, he snobbed at me and said the form does not require the account number. When I asked him to check it out, he came back and said that I was right but was looking at the old form. Then I asked for the new form and he hung up the phone on me. This is very bad Tech support.

Host Rebuttal :

We take a dim view of those that come forward as "Christians" and expect special treatment but cannot seem to pay their bill on time. As We told the consumer time and again we do not teach customers how to build a web site. No web host does or they would be out of business. When one obtains web hosting it is generally understood that some computer experience is required. However, knowing that many of our customers lack sufficient skills we have created a set of detailed movies for our site builder application that show step-by-step, click-by-click instructions on ALL features. The consumer refused to use them and demanded telephone support. It saddens me to say that the consumer was only politely disconnected after being informed that his repeated abusive telephone calls were a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. As one can see the consumer has maliciously stated that our plans and features, support, and usability rate an F when the truth is simply that the customer demanded teleph
